On April 30, 2026, the Institute of Lifelong Learning conducted a workshop aimed at UNIZA employees in management positions. This workshop aimed to offer practical tools for effective leadership. This leadership training was a direct response to requests from an employee questionnaire, carried out in connection with the implementation of the HRS4R Action Plan, which identified the need to develop managerial skills.
