On September 17 and October 2, 2025, internal events focused on the protection of intellectual property at UNIZA took place. During these events, the participants were introduced to practical experiences in the context of the processes of protection and commercialization of intellectual property under the conditions of UNIZA. Participants were also presented with the internal Directive No. 264/2025 on the management of intellectual property at UNIZA, along with other relevant documents, agreements, processes, etc.

Special attention was paid to employees’ rights and obligations while developing new technical solutions or software, in the context of protecting the results of science and research and their practical implementations.

Furthermore, the participants were shown the activities and services of the UNIZA Technical Incubator, and activities dealing with supporting start-ups and spin-offs at UNIZA.
