Stručný popis: TRANSCOM 2019, the 13th international scientific conference of young European scientists, Ph.D. students and their tutors, aims to establish and expand international contacts and co-operation. The main purpose of he conference is to provide young scientists with an encouraging and stimulating environment in which they present results of their research to the scientific community. 
Topics of the TRANSCOM 2019: Materials, Technology, Construction, Economics and Management, Informatics and Safety in Transport. 
The conference proceedings will be published in a dedicated issue of Transportation Research Procedia, a well-known, open-access, online scientific journal published by Elsevier. Following its online publication, the issue will be submitted for indexing by SCOPUS.
